A homeowner’s insurance policy is a contract between a homeowners insurance provider and a homeowner. Insurance of this type comes in a number of forms that allows for specialization of the homeowners insurance according to certain circumstances. Most Homeowners insurance plans include liability coverage, or the coverage of costs associated with damages and losses specified by the homeowners insurance policy.

Certain types of damage, such as those resulting from natural disaster or war are usually excluded from the homeowners insurance policy, but can be purchased for an extra fee. It is important to note that banks require a homeowners insurance policy before they will make a mortgage agreement with a homeowner.

1 is a limited homeowners insurance policy that provides coverage for specified items, such as a valuable artwork.

Homeowners Insurance 2 is also a limited homeowners insurance, but covers specified damage. Flood insurance is an example of this Homeowners insurance policy.

Homeowners Insurance 3 is the most common homeowners insurance purchased. This type of homeowners insurance covers damages and includes liability for accidents that take place on the property.

Homeowners Insurance 4 is a renter’s insurance that covers the belongings of the renter of an apartment.

Homeowners Insurance 5 is similar to Homeowners Insurance 3, except that it covers a greater array of damages and incidents.

Homeowners Insurance 6 is a form of supplemental insurance for the owners of condominiums designed to provide coverage in periods or damages that the homeowners insurance policy for the homeowners association does not cover.

Homeowners Insurance 7 is homeowners insurance for mobile homes.

Homeowners Insurance 8, or older home insurance, allows for a replacement cost lower than the market value of the home.
