What is Key man life insurance? First let's talk about just who and what I mean when I say kayman or lead person.
If your Body corporate survives long-drawn-out enough, less that five companies out of one hundred, you'll begin hiring employees to do what you do not want to do or can not really longer afford to do because your time is now more prized doing something else, or what someone else can do more effectively or more and more dexterously than you.
As these folks effect better and better at acting their roles you will begin to trust their opinion and rely on their passion to the agency more and more and more. At last you will give them more power, authority, accountability, and sense of obligation. At some point they will become indispensable - the firm or at least that part of it will not be able to behave without them, or somebody like them. That is who I mean when I say Key man or dominant person.
Who are your major key homefolks? Is it your sales enterpriser who completely handles your sales enforce? Is it your station big boss, or maybe your shift supervisors? Maybe it's your bookkeeper. Each trade association is different and each situation is special.
Here's a experiment. Make a list of your managers, supervisors, and key signature support personnel. Impose yourself, what will happen to the Body corporate if they clear off, die out, or become disabled. In other words, what will it mean to the Company if they must be replaced - so their competent jobs still procure done by someone other that them or you.
How long will it take to find a equivalent for them? How much will you have to pay the new person? Will it be more or less than you are paying your existing crucial person? How
