There are many different types of coaches that you can use to help you identify your goals and start taking the steps to achieve them. Following are several different types of coaches that you can use to help you set goals in both your personal life and in your professional life:
• Personal coaching. There are personal coaches that can work with you to empower them to be the best that you can be. When you recognize your own goals and dreams you become more productive and happy in your life.
• Leadership coaching. A leadership coach will help you to better lead your “team”. Leaders need to be confident in their goals and understand the dynamics that exist between people. You need to identify your own personal limitations and how to find solutions and alternatives to these limitations so that they can lead a team successfully.
• Career coaching. Career coaching is used when you are making a career change either outside of a company or within a company, such as promotion to management. You need to recognize and understand your new career responsibilities and goals so that you can be more effective in the work place and so that you can communicate with your managers and employees.
