Why GEVI.OB is going down?

I have few shares of General Environmental Management. I saw the news that their business in waste waster management is growing but its share value is going down. What would be the future of this stock. any expert comments?

You bought a penny stock; its about par for the course. Like many stocks in the OTC market it is a mess and subject to non-market forces like pump & dump and insider transactions.

It’s a "penny stock" and as such is basically worthless. If it HAD any real value, it would be on a real exchange, and would not be selling for 4 cents a share.

They have $23M in debt, and earnings of $2.3M a year, so a DECADE from now (if nothing else changes) they may turn a profit….does that sound like a "good business model" to you?
