I googled it, they are not going out of business. There are some people online complaining and talking about them going out of Business, but they aren’t. Your friend must of been fibbing. There sites look normal as well.

I didn't hear it on the news. Sorry. If you want to confirm this you should go to your local Hollister and ask if the company is shutting down. I hope this helped.
