Jawa settles lawsuit with Verizon

Arizona Technology Council tabs new board members

Greg Jamison, NHL move ahead with Phoenix Coyotes sale, but no Glendale vote imminent

Jamison is slated to sign preliminary sales documents and terms with the NHL later today or Friday. The NHL has owned the Coyotes since buying the team out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy for $140 million in 2009.

Solar tariffs on Chinese panels will affect Arizona industry
<img src='http://assets.bizjournals.com/phoenix/news/first%20solar%20calilf*100.jpg?v=1'>Arizona?s solar industry may face higher prices for panels, as the U.S. Commerce Department has placed a 31 percent tariff on panels imported from China.
It could go as high as 250 percent.
The decision, announced Thursday, was undertaken after SolarWorld Industries America Inc. protested what it believed were Chinese-backed companies dumping panels in the U.S. to drive down prices.
