If you are from a ‘non-gazetted country,’ getting a student visa will be a tad harder than if you belonged to a ‘gazetted country’ - that is, you’d need to take the longer, more tedious route. Apparently, if you are from a ‘non-gazetted country,’ the shortest distance between two points is not a straight line. Detours and zigzags are necessary. But don’t think just because you’d get there longer means that you won’t get there at all.
