</div>Peco announces tree pruning locations in DelcoPeco Energy Co. said Thursday it will spend $1.4 million pruning trees along 300 miles of aerial electric lines in Philadelphia and Delaware County.

Tennessee's unemployment rate fell to 7.8 percent in April, down from 7.9 percent in March, the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development announced today.
It marks the ninth straight month that the state's unemployment rate has fallen.
Nationally, the unemployment rate stood at 8.1 percent, down from 8.2 percent in March.

Realtors: Housing more affordable than ever

Healthways: Americans' well-being on the rise
Americans' overall well-being is on the rise, reaching a 20-month high with a score of 70, according to the latest Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index.
Tennessee's well-being remains among the bottom ten states of the country, however, with a score of 65, tied with Nevada at No. 41 overall.

iPractice Group Inc. is seeking to raise $8 million in securities, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
As of May 16, the company has raised $2.3 million as part of the equity offering.

Report: Tennessee foreclosure activity up in April
Foreclosure activity in Tennessee increased in April compared to the same period last year, according to a new report from RealtyTrac.
Tennessee foreclosure filings ? including default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions ? were up 3.5 percent from April 2011.
Among states, Tennessee ranked No. 20 in foreclosure activity for the month. Nevada, California and Florida posted the highest foreclosure rates.

Country music phenom Taylor Swift will donate $4 million to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum to fund a new education center, marking the museum's largest capital contribution in history.

Missouri lawmakers pass bill supporting land banks
The Missouri General Assembly on Wednesday passed land bank legislation that would let Kansas City buy and sell swaths of abandoned land.
The Greater Kansas City Local Initiatives Support Corp. hailed the passage of the land bank bill, calling it the culmination of two years of work to get lawmakers to agree to the measure.

Report: Ford will offer more redesigned vehicles than rivals

According to various media reports, the new ?Car Wars? report by automotive analyst John Murphy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch showed Ford will replace 26 percent of its existing vehicles with new designs between the 2013 to 2016 model years. U.S. Postal Service scales back facility closing plans

On Thursday, postal officials said they would close 48 processing centers in August and 92 more in early 2013, creating an estimated $1.2 billion in annual savings. (See a list of facilities slated to close.)

A new study reports that a stunning 96 percent of main entrees sold at top U.S. chain restaurants exceed daily limits for calories, sodium, fat and saturated fat, USA Today reports.
The 18-month study found that most meals come up short of the U.S. Department of Agriculture?s recommended limits, the newspaper reports.
?If you?re eating out tonight, your chances of finding an entree that?s truly health are painfully low,? Helen Wu, who oversaw the study, told the newspaper.<div class="feedflare">
