Latest News, Stock Market Quotes - Industry News - And Financial News
Getting the latest news is not critical, in fact it is not important.

That's because the latest news is always wrong and filled with the assumptions of the reporters, news directors, etc. and is really all about being first with the story.

The latest news has always been wrong, not just today with Internet news and RSS feeds. The latest news used to be the "Extra" newspapers with the huge 40 point headlines.

The story below the headlines did not matter - everyone knew from the headline itself what they wanted to know, so when later and later editions updated the facts until the got the right, nobody cared.

Men knows that one of the superlatively influential ways to grow any firm is through referrals and the peerless referrals regularly need a little push - so watch the venture news and see who you want your unsurpassed clients to refer you to.

Online journalism can learn a lot from local news.

Have you ever wondered how the television latest news is made?

How does Facebook celebrate IPO? A hackathon
On the eve of having one of the largest IPOs ever, most companies would celebrate with some mild debauchery. A big dinner. Mid-priced champagne in the company cube farm. Maybe the sort of low-intensity pub crawl that won't leave the CEO too haggard-looking when he rings the bell to open the markets the next morning. Facebook is celebrating its IPO by having some employees work through the night.
