Auxilium, a testosterone gel, is marketed by Auxilium (NASDAQ:AUXL) under a license from FCB of Mahwah, N.J.
The patent, which the companies said claims certain pharmaceutical compositions comprising testosterone, is expected to expire in April 2023.

</div> Peco announces tree pruning locations in Delco Peco Energy Co. said Thursday it will spend $1.4 million pruning trees along 300 miles of aerial electric lines in Philadelphia and Delaware County.
The Philadelphia-based electric-and-gas utility said the pruning will begin at the end of May and continue through early September. A list of the Delaware County communities that will see the pruning is here.
