Jawa settles lawsuit with Verizon Jawa and founder Jason Hope have settled a lawsuit with Verizon Wireless regarding claims the premium texting service company was violating the carrier?s terms for businesses.

Jamison is slated to sign preliminary sales documents and terms with the NHL later today or Friday. The NHL has owned the Coyotes since buying the team out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy for $140 million in 2009.
