A Rochester, Minn., company is taking advantage of the situation and building modular homes and trucking them 500 miles to the Williston area of western North Dakota, the Rochester Post-Bulletin reports.

Hecker, who lived in three different federal prisons in one week in February, now has been moved to a prison in Oklahoma City, KSTP.com reports.

The state also reported that Minnesota's annual job growth rate was less than half of that nationwide.
The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) reported Thursday that the state's seasonally-adjusted jobless rate fell to 5.6 percent.
It had fallen to 5.6 percent in January, then rose in February and March to 5.8 percent. The 5.6 percent rate is the lowest since September of 2009....<div class="feedflare">

Mendota Heights-based Sun Country announced its 2013 winter schedule Thursday, which includes new nonstop flights out of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to Tampa, Fla., and Huatulco, Mexico. The carrier will fly to Tampa four times a week and to Huatulco on Saturdays.

As part of the $142 million cash deal, Berkshire now will have 63 daily and weekly newspapers operating under a new subsidiary called BH Media Group, according to Reuters. Following the acquisition, Media General, the owner of local station NBC 17 WNCN, will mostly be a television company.

A total of 211 Wake County businesses and individuals in the county filed new petitions last month in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, according to a report the court published Wednesday.
That represents an increase of more than 4 percent from April 2011. Numbers in most recent months have been down by small percentages, both in Wake County and in Durham and Orange Counties.

Physical therapy association to convene in Tampa The American Physical Therapy Association will hold its annual conference and exposition at the Tampa Convention Center from June 6-9.
The conference is expected to attract about 2,200 attendees, producing about 6,300 hotel room nights and $2.4 million in delegate spending, a statement from Tampa Bay & Co. said.

</div> Sun Country to connect Tampa Bay with Minneapolis/St. Paul Sun Country Airlines, an airline based in Mendota Heights, Minn., will offer nonstop service from Tampa four times a week beginning in December.
Service will operate on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
The airline announced service to Huatulco, Mexico, along with the new Tampa service.
Tampa is also the latest addition to Sun Country?s cruise package options, a written statement said.

</div> Media General sells all papers, except the Tribune <img src='http://assets.bizjournals.com/tampabay/news/Newspapers_iStock*100.jpg?v=1'>Media General Inc. will sell all of its newspapers ? with the exception of the Tampa Tribune ? for $142 million in cash to Berkshire Hathaway Inc., the company said Thursday. Media General (NYSE: MEG) said it is in discussions with prospective buyers for its Tampa print assets.
Warren Buffett?s Berkshire (NYSE: BRK.A and BRK.B) will also offer new financing in the deal, offering Media General a $400 million term loan and a $45 million revolving credit line.

Both saw a drop in operating income for the quarter.
Moffitt had a $4.7 million loss from operations in the just-ended quarter, compared to $1.4 million in income from operations in the same quarter in 2011, the third quarter of Moffitt?s fiscal year.
