Four companies?Kasselman Electric Co. Inc.; Harold R. Clune Inc.; AA Electrical Services; and McBain Electric bid on the electrical services contract. (See chart below for bid information)

</div> New York state approves land bank application The board of Empire State Development Corp., New York's economic development arm, Thursday approved a joint application from Schenectady County, the city of Schenectady and the city of Amsterdam to create one of New York?s first land banks.
Land banks have the power to buy, hold, manage and develop foreclosed, vacant and abandoned properties.
