The Newport Beach, Calif.-based real estate investment company is expanding its investment strategy and looking into opportunities in the Sunbelt and the Western U.S., the company said in a May 16 statement.
Wynhaven is a 372-unit community located at 9611 Grant Road near State Highway 249 and Beltway 8. It currently has an occupancy rate of 96 percent.
